David Long
Managing Director
David has over 30 years’ experience supplying Jenbacher gas engine and Ruston diesel engine spare parts throughout the world. David founded INDUSTRIAL MARINE AND GAS ENGINES LTD (Image Spareparts) in his native North West of England. He was previously employed as Parts Manager by GE (now INNIO) Jenbacher’s UK dis, ending his career with the company as a Project Manager for installations. Prior to this he was involved in the conversion of Ruston diesel engines to run on hydrogen gas and has also been employed by GEC now MAN B&W Ruston themselves.

Lynne is responsible for all aspects of finance and credit control. She has a close working relationship with the Managing Director. She has overall control of the company’s accounting function and contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.

David is responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety and upkeep of IMAGE ISO9001 quality assurance systems. ensuring that staff are appropriately trained and supervised and identifying, assessing and managing health and safety risks. He consults with workers (including staff, affiliates and contractors) about issues or changes that affect their health or safety during health and safety risk assessments. He eliminates or control these risks.

Our new Service Department is capable of performing services both in-house and in situ, whichever suits you best. We offer regular servicing and repairs on these brands: Ruston, Jenbacher, Caterpillar, Deutz.
